Exchanges

If you receive your order with any damage contact us immediately. We will exchange your product for you with no additional cost. We will pay for shipping a replacement product to you. To validate a warranty claim please send Naturally Restorative a photo of damaged items to substantiate the damage via email @

naturallyrestorativecbds@gmail.com.

Returns

You may return your new, unopened and unused product within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Simply return it with its original packaging along with the original receipt and we will refund to the original payment method used. If payment was issued by check or cash we will issue a check for your return.

 However, we do ask that the customer pays for the shipping cost for these returns.

We ask that the tracking information be sent to us at email

so we can watch closely for the return.

Once the product has arrived and has been inspected we will contact the customer and the refund will be issued promptly.

*We are not able to offer refunds on opened products.

As everyone metabolizes and absorbs CBD uniquely, we can not guarantee a customers personal experience or result.

Some require a small dose while others require a higher dose for a desired result.
